Ron was of my favorite human beings on earth. He was full of energy and always putting others ahead of himself. He was an inspirational leader but more importantly he was an amazing person loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He left this earth way too soon but he left it a better place for having had him in it. I have never known a better man. My heart and thoughts are with Linda, Jason and Jonathan whom I know he loved and adored.
I am so sad to hear about Ron, and have not been able to stop thinking of him since I heard the news. I am honored to have known, and worked for, such an incredible leader and human being. His warm smile and wonderful sense of humor brightened all of our days at Motorola. He will be, and already is, greatly missed!! My heart goes out to you Linda, Jason, Jonathan and Amy, he loved you all very much!! RIP Ron Roberts!!!
Ron was the most wonderful man I have had the pleasure of knowing. He had a sharp mind but a gentle heart, and he did me the greatest honor of being my close friend for the past 20 years. His love for Linda, Jon and Jason and his kindness to everyone who crossed his path have been an inspiration to me, my family, and to the many others all over the world whose lives he touched. Thank you Ron, you have given us all so many memories to treasure.

So saddened to hear of Ron's passing. I can't stop but thinking about him since then. Ron has been a great boss, a mentor and a hero to me. He has a larger than life personality and when you talk to him, he makes you feel like you are the most important person to him. He treats everyone equally regardless their position. During his Motorola days, I made him travel to Asia quite often and he is such a good sport with a great sense of humor, always willing to put up with any crazy ideas I come up with including making dumplings from scratch. And because he is such a great storyteller, he can always turn a difficult situation into a funny story. He loves his family deeply and often speaks of Linda and the two sons. He will be greatly missed by me and everyone who had the privilege working for/with him. Fortunately, I've included many of the leadership lessons he taught me over the years into my new book which was published last Oct. in China and I was able to send Ron a copy just bef
I am deeply saddened by the news. Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed friend, philosopher and guide. I am honored and blessed to have known Ron. My sincere condolences to the grieving family. We pray that the Good Lord to caress the souls of those left desolated after the tragic disappearance.
